A unified platform that transformed how a multi-campus school tracks students, fees, and learning outcomes.
Our client, a network of secondary schools operating across three campuses in the South West Region, was managing student records in disconnected spreadsheets. Fees were collected manually, attendance was paper-based, and parents had no visibility into their child's progress. We designed and built a unified school management system from the ground up.
Three campuses. Three separate spreadsheet systems. No single source of truth for student records, no automated fee tracking, and parents who only learned about problems at the end-of-term meeting. The school also had limited technical staff, so whatever we built had to work without an on-site IT team.
We built a web-based platform — accessible from any device — with separate portals for administrators, teachers, and parents. Administrators manage enrollment, fee collection, and reporting. Teachers record attendance and grades digitally. Parents see their child's attendance, grades, and outstanding fees in real time. A built-in SMS notification system sends automated alerts for absent students and upcoming fee deadlines.

After a 3-month rollout, fee collection improved by 34% in the first term, teacher reporting time dropped from an estimated 4 hours per week to under 40 minutes, and the school received its first set of data-driven end-of-term reports across all three campuses simultaneously.
We'd like to hear about it. No pitch — just a conversation about what you're building.
