A brand relaunch anchored by a fast, content-managed website that finally matched the organisation's ambition.
A regional professional services firm was operating with a website built in 2016 — slow, not mobile-friendly, and entirely disconnected from their updated brand identity. Senior partners were embarrassed to share the URL with prospective clients. AstraWorks led a full redesign and rebuild, delivering a site that performs as well as it looks and gives the firm's communications team full control over content.
The brief was clear: the new site needed to load fast on mobile networks, reflect the firm's updated visual identity, and be editable by non-technical staff without breaking. The previous site had been handed off with no CMS, meaning even correcting a phone number required a developer.
We designed and built a statically-generated Next.js site with a headless CMS (Sanity.io) as the content backend. Content editors log into a clean web interface to update news, services, team profiles and case studies — no code required. The site is deployed on Vercel's edge network, delivering sub-second load times globally. We also ran a full SEO audit and implemented structured data for the firm's services and location.

Pagespeed score went from 34 to 97 on mobile. The firm reported three inbound enquiries from the website in the first month — compared to zero in the previous quarter. The communications team now publishes updates independently without involving a developer.
